1. When will my order ship out?
We typically ship orders within 1- 2 business days after the order is placed.
2. Where is my order?
Once an order is picked up and shipped by shipping carriers, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email immediately. You can track the package by the shipping information (including shipping carriers and tracking number).
3. How long does shipping take?
The standard shipping is 7-14 days, express shipping is 3-7 days. Note: Standard Shipping is unavailable to deliver in United States Outlying Islands and P.O. Box. Part of orders will be shipped from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong to worldwide.
4. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the shipping country, product weight and shipping method. The standard shipping to US is free, and the express shipping costs US$18 up, the international shipping costs US$20.
5. My package is missing! What should I do?
Still haven't received your order even though your order status shows "delivered"? Occasionally shipping carriers will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically, they will deliver within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so please wait for one or two days! If you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "delivered", we'll be happy to help and work on shipping you a replacement order.
6. Why did I receive only a part of my order?
Please be aware your order may come in separate packages due to shipping weight restrictions. No worries, the rest of your order should be delivered to you shortly. You can also inquire about it here.

1. I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
If it hasn't been shipped yet that won't be a problem. Normally we are able to cancel your order within 3 hours after you placed an order. And the full money will be refunded in 2 days. Please contact us with your order number and name.
2. I receive the order, but it came damaged.
Sorry this happened to you. Please contact us here with your order number, name and picture of damaged products. We will arrange a shipping of replacements or refund depends on the situation.
3. What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, contact us and provide us with your name, order number and the item you're missing or received by accident. We'll handle the issue ASAP!
4. How can I return a product?

No worries, email us with your order number, name and code. We'll help you out.
2. Can I get a discount if I place a big order?
Actually, we do have an offer for customers that place bigger orders. Reach out to us, and we'll provide you with a special discount.
3. Product is out of stock, when will it back?
Please check our website periodically, or you can contact us, we can notify you once the product is back.
