Return and Exchange

This Exchanges and Returns Policy applies to all purchases placed on the website timeyard.com. We hope you to love what you get. If not, you can return what you received. Timeyard is always trying to provide customers with a hassle-free return and exchange.

Eligibility for Return

-Within 30 days after receipt of products
-In a perfect condition. Be unwashed and undamaged with all attached tags. Please keep the item in its original sealed package as possible as you can.
-Please email to customer service center for a return confirmation.

Please note that clearance items and E-Gift Cards can not be returned or exchanged

Return by Mail

Pack and securely seal the item in the original shipping package. Please attach a note with your order number and email address in the package or outside. Ship the package to us.

 

Get Money Back

Once the package is received, you will get what you paid for. You will receive the amount to the same method used to place the order. Estimate time of refund you get back will depend on your band, usually 10-14 days. Any updates of your card, please let us know in advance.
