Q1: How can I get this into the shape it should be? It’s so smashed?
Answer: My basket was misshapen a bit from shipping but once we filled it with blankets it held a right shape.
Q2: Can this be washed in a machine?
Machine wash with a laundry bag will work well, it will not be scratched. Hope it works.
